Long hours, low pay, hourly employees allowed to work outside direction of management by corporate, VERY predatory corporate office. They will have you working sick or short so they can take a week off to play "world of war tanks". Corporate officers taking 2-3 weeks off a piece from november-december. Ownership offices (thats right, 2 ownership offices, lol?)need to get back in touch with whats going in in the restaurants.
Great food, great staff and attention to customer service. 70% of the staff throughout the company has worked there 10 or more years. Corporate is active in each store's daily operations so the owners garner respect but are not seen as scary ghosts that one only sees once a year. Family based company that treats everyone down to the dishwasher as family. Fun atmosphere. As a manager you average 50-55 hours a week which is much much less than being a restaurant manager at any other restaurant in America. Yearly reviews allow for pay-raises.
Cons
The highest one could probably go would be General Manager of a store. All of the corporate positions are taken up by people that will be there for a long time.
