      Pros

      Great training, Town halls to inform employees of whats coming up and to give feedback. Union Shop has set pay.

      Cons

      Works hours are based on production needs, possible 12 hour shifts with little notice. 7 hour turn arounds, maintenance crew streched to thin, often equates to long down times.

      Pros

      Great products, dedicated employees who want to create the best products and company. Office environment is open and collaborative. Always something new to learn.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership is difficult, micromanages and harasses employees, very unprofessional. Be prepared to work long hours and respond to daily fire drills. Morale of employees is low, high turnover due to lack of leadership's trust and support. No training provided, no career path, poor performance management.

      Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that some aspects of your employee experience were positive. We agree that as we continue to grow, the pace and workload can be demanding. Management is continually looking at priorities and working to ensure everyone is working in the same direction and receiving the necessary support, development and training.
