      Pros

      Company invests in its culture, makes it a great place to work. Fast moving Saas, in a really exciting sector (deskless worker tech)

      Cons

      Software industry is fast-paced, not everyone's cup of tea

      Start-up Heaven

      Pros

      Flat structure means we embrace the power of every single employee. The proposition is very disruptive to existing HR and business practise with a strong ROI. The people are brilliant, both at work and afterward. There is a clear vision of what we can do and who we are. Company skiing / snowboarding trips, although I need to get fitter! Using our own app to communicate across the company.

      Cons

      This is a start-up, so if you want tied down processes and massive structure, then this probably isn't for you.
