Pros

You get a 8 box of small cans of beer every month.

Cons

You will take about 80 - 100 calls a day saying the exact same sales pitch over and over. Anytime you spend off the phone is scrutinised by management. There is no training or support from management, the call centre staff have to support each other. We are then criticised for not being on the phones when we're helping new starters. The commission is constantly being reduced so staff are making less and less every month. Just in the time ive have been with the company the average comm has gone done by 30% which is huge with the low base pay. They never look to staff in the call centre team for promotions so you will be stuck for months saying the same pitch over and over until you quit. The company will falsify good reviews to make them look better, and staff morale is at the lowest ive seen it.

Pros

Your colleagues Some higher management Free beer and Wine

Cons

High turn over of staff. Multiple staff on long term sick Call queues higher than the amount of people working for the company. No support for remote staff. Pressured and warned about performance, with little to no help improving these stats. Colleagues fired for poor performance. Mental health is "fixed" with a 15 minute google meet to "check in on you" then straight back into the calls. "Automatic call fails" if you sound depressed or sad on calls.
