Pros

If you're a shareholder, the pro for you is that management will put freezes on pay rises during inflation to maximise profits to make sure their ASX price doesn't fall.

Cons

Zero changes to toxic management culture formed from Lion Dairy and Drinks. Micromanagement, passive aggressive behaviour and disjoint between teams is rife. You can get paid and respected better at any other company.
