Pros

There are a couple of good people in the company. These employees are already planning to leave. I am trying to think of another positive. Nope, there is not one.

Cons

A poisonous atmosphere where everyone looks out for themselves and do not work together. A disastrous company. There are no people management skills or innovative thinking to move the company forward. A company stuck in the past with no real intention of changing, no matter how much they say they will.
