For me this is a huge benefit as it is vital for developers to be constantly learning and growing our knowledge and skillset. They work with you to map out a career growth strategy that is evaluated every 6 months. If you put in the work, show great improvement and deliver solid results and feedback from their clients, you will be rewarded with a pay increase. Finally, I love how they like to challenge you with greater responsibility over time and even help you build your own personal brand through social media and/or technical writing.
