People were nice and the hours were good. Everybody mucked in to help and get the job done by the end of the project

Management were always looking over your shoulder and if you had a problem they wasn't interested in solving it

Co-workers are nice and the only thing that makes it tolerable.

Cons

Terrible executive management that is too worried with short term wins and goals that they fail to see the big picture and develop strategic partnerships. Business objectives constantly change which makes it impossible to accomplish and achieve goals. Poor communication and lack of basic office necessities such as paper plates, utensils and cream and sugar for coffee contribute to poor morale.
