      Fantastic place to work

      Pros

      * Lots of new tools and new technologies. * Work on open source software and contribute to the community. * Collaborative environment, with lots of opportunities to learn new things. * Flexible work hours. * Management is extremely flat, with very little in the way of bureaucracy.

      Cons

      * Small company means sometimes have to hustle to get things done on time. This is a problem at big companies too, though. * Open concept floor plan might not appeal to everyone.

      I learned patience I learned how not to run a business

      Cons

      Very disorganized Not much input from the industry you are selling to It doesn't seem like many people are engaged Those at the top had some crazy ideas and changed their minds often No follow through Decisions are very slow to be made and really impact the business People are not engaged

      CEO is great to work with. Very knowledgeable and approachable. Great product and Customer Service. Nice office setting with opportunity to work remotely. Always looking to enhance their features.

      Can't think of any an the moment but would recommend a longer training process
