The managers will blame, terrorize, and bully their team constantly as this is the method deployed from the top to them. Unrealistic growth targets in a very small market with an immature product Many inappropriate views, misogyny, racist and political opinions expressed freely within the sales managers. CEO plans, principals and views are often ignored and laughed at by his own sales leadership
