      Poor management. Poor H R. Disrespectful to employees. Favoritism. Sexist. No feedback to employees about performance. Very little respect for employees. Many years without a raise. In 2008 cut 4% from employees wages. Never returned. Cut many benefits from employees. Never gave back the losses.
