Pros
BSP is a wonderful place to work, it provides a great learning environment, it’s family oriented, there are opportunities to grow with the company, a bonus structure, and you can work remotely if necessary. It has a fun and friendly atmosphere, great coworkers, and the owner has a very open and collaborative management style.
Cons
There are none that I can think of.

Pros
The owner is extremely helpful in creating and helping employees attain set goals. His knowledge of Health insurance is Par Excellence. He is readily available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. His ability to educate the client as well as the team members in all facets of the Health insurance market is prizewinning.
Cons
Covid-19 2020 has created an environment that is unsuitable for in office meetings and prospecting opportunities.
