Probably not the happiest place on earth to work...

This is the single worst place I've ever worked and the amount of illegal operations, lack of concern for customers, employees or reputation, fraud and scamming were mind boggling. I got out quickly and wouldn't wish the owner as a boss on my worst enemy. This guy is insane and cuts every corner imaginable. You'll be hired to do one thing and expected to do something entirely different. There was a lot of secrecy and little communication. Everyone there was walking on eggshells. John Bays hired every one of his employees in 'management' positions that were clearly NOT management positions - no one besides himself had any authority - just so he could get away with making them work 100 hour weeks without ever paying a cent of overtime. Do yourself a favor and RUN the other way if you ever see this guys name in/on/around a company. Leaving was the best thing I did. Not surprised at all that he went under and won't be surprised WHEN the court cases start rolling in. Don't work for him, don't work with him and definitely don't hire him.
