Little to no strategic planning or goal setting and very little organization. Very flat organizational structure with one person making all decisions without considering input from directors and senior personnel. Untruthful at times, bending truths to look better or flat out lying in some cases. Management has minimal understanding of how to value employees and has a misconception of what employees value as a benefits package. Benefits are non existant (no 401k matching, health coverage is so-so and expensive, paid holiday's are minimal, no annual reviews, and to get a raise you have to basically threaten to leave the company). High turnover rate and flat or declining growth.
