      Pros

      There is a strong team culture at Bennett's with approachable and understanding managers. Higher management offer great opportunities for increasing responsibility whilst offering their constant support and backing. Cant speak highly enough of Bennetts, the only reason I left is due to me pursuing a career overseas. The work life balance is as expected in the UK construction industry with long hours (10 hours),

      Pay is slightly under market average. Have to work saturdays on rota.

      Pros

      None, literally. Maybe not being too picky about PPE.

      Cons

      Awful bosses, inexistent management, nobody cares about you, your life and your or other's safety. They only think about profit, cutting corners where it's vital not to, like not hiring people to do specific jobs, yet they make workers from other roles fulfill the missing ones. And if you're self-employed, I quote, "if you don't like it, you can leave". Yeah, because everyone "loves" doing work they're not paid for... sure.
