Pros

Benefits. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

They treat their employees like slaves. You don't matter at all. They make you do way too much work while the management stands in the corner, laughing at you. It is a completely dehumanizing experience. If you have even one ounce of self respect you will steer clear of this company.

Pros

Co-workers are very easy to get along with. Everyone there (for the most part) wants to do their job well and get home. Most people have a really positive attitude.

Cons

Really, really bad management. Mid and upper-level management seem to be, well, kind of secretive, which is strange because they work at a grocery store. They claim that there is a pay scale that dictates wages and raises--this is absolutely not true, by the way--and if you ask to see it you are told that it is for only for management to see. Also, I've noticed a pattern: they really are trying to make excuses to fire people before the 90 probationary period is over so as to avoid paying benefits.
