      Pros

      I met a lot of amazing people at Berwick Offray. You will form close bonds with a handful of people at this company, which is really nice. There is always something different going on, which keeps the job from being overly mundane/boring.

      Cons

      The work environment at Berwick Offray is not meant for anyone. It is EXTREMELY stressful, as higher-ups dictate impossible deadlines that put an overwhelming amount of pressure on everyone. The communication channels are not standardized, which makes for very unclear instructions throughout the entire branch. Through all of the stressful, hard work, there are rarely ever moments of encouragement that help to boost work morale. Management is also horrible.
