Thank you for your message and your honesty. This is something that I value immensely. Communication is something we keep working hard to improve so I really appreciate that you point out that things ARE getting better on that front. As for pay, I like to think that we are getting better at this as well over time. I believe it is the case. I just opened up the books so to speak a couple of weeks ago to show our finances to the entire team. This is the first step in providing transparency to everyone so we can start having these open conversations about how we manage our company finances. We are also planning on integrating profit sharing across the entire team this year. This should help making sure that we financially share the result of our collective success.
