      -will learn from big experiences people working with you - Very Good Community . - flexible working hours.

      Cons

      -Bad management from the top manager. -Big delay in salary ,you will take salary on the second half from the next month -Salaries are lower than the labor market. - use old technologies. - bad treatment from company when travel to Kuwait

      the Big disadvantage is that they promise things they don't have if you wanna leave they give you promises of Travelling and gifts to proceed, and with time promises vanish
