Great Senior Maintenance Engineer that knows the property well. Great owner. He is the only one that seems to care about the property and the people. Unfortunately, he's mostly hands-off and doesn't get involved with managing. Great housekeepers, and housekeeping manager unless they also got ran off by the front desk tweeker.
Cons
Absolutely terrible management. The General Manager is rarely on site and delegates to a front desk manager with extreme anger issues. Front desk manager thinks he owns the property and makes everyone's life miserable. The front desk staff have no choice and go along with the nastiness of the front desk manager. One of the most toxic work environments I've seen in the last 40 years. No reason for it, just bad management.

Benefits are good. People in Housekeeping are nice. there's a once a month free meal.
Cons
Management is ridiculous. They would hire you and then call you off for the 3 days and they will still hire more people. They time you like "you need to be finished by this hour", but managers don't exactly know how to clean a room. they just know how to dictate. white people who work there seems nice, but later on they are kindof racist towards other races.
