Pros
Location and flexible hours I suppose. Fun times with coworkers when we weren't venting about work.
Cons
Such a mess of a company it's hard to know where to begin. Real leadership was completely lacking and the main focus was to make money at any cost. Including losing talented people left and right, overselling capabilities and under delivering, and angering clients to no end. The office was so sad too, it was a garage sale and a frat house rolled into one.

Living and working in Austin, TX is always a plus.
Cons
BestFit has a lack of clear direction. Every other month it seems like the founder and CEO has a new rabbit to chase. Unfortunately, this is to the detriment of the company's core focus. BestFit places little importance in its developers and when I was there would rather have hired offshore workers rather than look for local talent.
