      There are some people there who care about quality and the customer needs

      Cons

      The customer service team, warehouse are all great people. But the leadership team is a complete joke. John Larsen is the worst leader ever, he only cares about himself and nothing about the company and staff. Its a sweat shop there and no one can ever do enough

      We engineer fun! We have a professional yet business casual work environment. It fosters collaboration between departments on projects and in our everyday work. We serve original equipment Customers that include FCA, GM, Polaris and others along with a well established aftermarket division that includes Customers like Quadratec and Amazon and more. Bestop is a company that allows me, as an employee, to influence how the business runs. It's about engaging in the day to day needs of the business and taking care of our Customers.

      Cons

      We have three campus' that make up Bestop, Inc. Headquarters is in Louisville, CO, our OE Engineering facility in Sterling Heights, MI and our manufacturing facility in Toluca, Mexico. Communication can be a challenge for us from time to time. We recognize it and work on it every day. Our ERP system will someday need to be upgraded. Today with the help of "bolt-on" software it meets the needs of the business.
