      You Run All The Time Because Things Break All The Time

      Pros

      My immediate manager was great. The pay was ok.

      Cons

      Systems are not resilient or scalable. There is no standard for development or change process. You learn everything from failure. The long term employees see new folks as competition and are incredibly unfriendly.

      Training and healthcare benefits are good.

      Cons

      They contacted my previous employer durning the interview process without my knowledge and when I requested them not to contact. Management was more on the racist side. I felt harassed by management and coworkers. I also found out I was being paid less than everyone on the team ( less than people who were hired around the same time + after with less experience than me) but training is good.
