Pros

They tend to be on Amsterdam level company but still are more villagers. Codebase is pretty good Business processes are on a very good level, normal SCRUM Not much micro-management

Cons

not many bonuses and the secondary package is really poor. Elixir and Ruby in the backend company is not financially stable
