      Pros

      Great work life balance mainly because the product does not sell therefore, no one is sales is busy… ever.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, actually there is zero leadership at this company. They have gone through multiple layoffs and the writing is one the wall for another one. The product does not sell. People are in leadership positions who are extremely under qualified (especially in sales). Not a place you’re going to learn or earn. It’s a dead end, Look else where.
