Benefits, parking (once you can get it get), retirement (once you make eight years)

Cons

Terrible managers that some how get promoted despite their incompetency. Elected officials bring in friends who have no reason to be in management positions.

Protect and serve all people fairly, without prejudice, from all walks of life. Brotherhood. Team. Union. Pay. Retirement system.

Cons

Deal with the worst of the worst. Exposure to physical and/or verbal abuse from citizens we are serving. Political Correctness. Cell phone videos that show only half of incident. Retirement.
