Due to being a startup they do not have great funding for systems to make the job easier. A lot of manual reports have to be created

I really enjoy and love my job at Beyond Retail and that is down to both the people within my team and the culture of the company. Management (right up to the Directors) are really friendly and approachable and everyone is incredibly helpful. The ability to work from home is a huge advantage for me.

Team work between peers is fantastic CEO is present and will have a conversation with anyone where required Friendly environment where simple mistakes are seen as learning curves not something to be held against you Product training is good for those not already in the know and learning off others is highly encouraged Dogs are allowed in the office

Cons

Some managers lack the ability to progress/engage their staff Fixed workings hours leaves for little work life balance in customer facing roles
