      The company way to work is not the great , all the time last minutes changes or projects. Pure career opportunities

      Elitists Lacking Communication Skills & Respect

      - Fun People & Culture team - Sponsor learning new skills

      Cons

      - Supports & emulates Elon Musk - Practice nepotism & cronyism - Disrespect the non-elite, non-rich (products are only for the elite) - Products have been proven to contain lead & other chemicals, because don't strictly adhere to FDA regulations - Practices Minimum Viable Product (both for products & advertising), even though claims perfection (and expect employee perfection) - Managers refuse to answer questions about role responsibilities, then discipline you (incl. termination) because you didn't understand their unspoken expectations - Upper management is unapproachable/unreachable if you aren't already part of their friend circle - Do not respect/acknowledge disabilities, esp. mental/psychological
