Hard working colleagues embarrassed by Company performance

UK business in rapid decline....... dreadful leadership/management team (people and behaviours) with no accountability for business decline and frequent poor service Very High staff turnover “Leaders” don’t listen - but manipulate bad news to protect themselves and get rid of anyone who questions them. Managers afraid to stand up to “Leaders” due to anticipated consequences No accountability anywhere in the business!!

There are plenty of empty chairs to sit in and listen to fairy tales! You can also help yourself to an over inflated title such as “Global Vice President of Paper Clips’. When in reality this business is an absolute disaster of an SME.

Cons

The permanent state of frustration of neither being listened to nor valued as an employee. This organization is all about cuff, bluff and fudge. The churn of staff is atrocious with people consistently leaving either by choice or more often by business driven means. It’s terrible.

Car, although expenses are a month behind which is no use for a filed job -- petrol is expensive!!! Can work as own boss as long as the works done.

Cons

The technical managers are not very technical - in fact I would go as far as saying they are technically inept both in electronic theory and practice.
