      Not micromanaged. Great team/employees to work alongside. Trusted to do my job well.

      The company is growing too fast. Leadership is losing control. Lots of competition internally and little unity amongst leaders.

      I genuinely enjoy the type of work I am doing and the expectations are realistic. I feel there is a great balance of work and life and opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Siloed in my work to some extent. It makes it hard to connect to others in the office who operate more within a team.
