Pros
The majority of the people who work at this company are good, honest people who do their best to get through the day, despite the stresses they are put under by the man at the top. The product that the company has made is of good quality and has potential to be a big market player should it ever really hit it's stride.
Cons
Whatever positives there are, they are far outweighed by the unpleasant dictatorship of this business. The man at the top is a short-sighted, irresponsible and, frankly, nasty man who has somehow made himself into a successful businessman despite having no seeming grasp of duty of care for his employees. If you work for this business, expect him to throw money at problems (including you, if you're one of his problems) and expect that to make up for the sheer unprofessionalism shown. Surprisingly, many of his employees see his behaviour as normal, or 'just him' - I can only suggest that Stockholm syndrome has taken hold as it is baffling how anyone can excuse his appalling behaviour in the work place. Until he leaves or is forced from the business, I can recommend you avoid it.
