I worked at BioInformatics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The job description might make you think that you’re sitting around doing research all day bored out of your mind, but nothing could actually be further from the truth. My co-workers are some of the most entertaining and fun people you could ever hope to work with. It’s a fun job, especially when you’re working with the right people.

    Cons

There’s really no compensating for the high expectations from management. Expect to work HARD.

I have been working at BioInformatics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There’s a lot to love about this company, but the benefits are easily one of the top highlights of working here. BioInformatics is clearly a company that cares about its employees. It’s one reason amongst many why workplace morale is so high.

I have been working at BioInformatics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The sheer amount of brain power we have on staff is dazzling. We like to have fun, but we’re also highly professional. Data analysis is very fascinating despite being tedious at times. Always keep your ears open to learn as much as you can.

    Cons

Accommodating the time zones of clients halfway around the globe can lead to working late nights or early mornings.

I worked at BioInformatics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Felt good to help businesses make smart decisions with advanced data analysis. If you’re like me, you’ll walk in green, but leave with plenty of experience to help you jump into your next career. Of course, if you see a future at BioInformatics, jump on it. It’s well worth it.

    Cons

None! Never found any problem in this company - everything seems awesome.

I have been working at BioInformatics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great employees that work hard. Good benefits

    Cons

CEO is not concerned about company culture and believes employees are disposable. He is self-absorbed and messaging is not consistent. Quality of Custom Market Research has declined and many customers believe price is too expensive compared to other companies based on value. Company is losing repeat customers. Many employees have left the company recently.

I have been working at BioInformatics

    Pros

Most* of the people who work here are very smart and kind. Most* everyone works really hard and takes pride in what they do.

    Cons

There are one or two people that bring down the entire office with incredible amounts of negativity. Many are spread too thin and wear too many hats, creating a chaotic environment that lacks clear direction.
