      Great business, market leaders, new tech pipeline is positive. Support from leadership team. Amazing team on the ground.

      Cons

      No work life balance, no ability to plan shifts, no compensation for unsocial able hours worked, no capacity to work shifts to allow for the ever increasing evening work. Low-Avg base salary, high growth targets.
