Disorganization in management Responsibility and blame are often misplaced A good portion of the management/staff is related to the president, Lisa Norton Despite a welcoming and competent peer group, I found this to be a challenging workplace

Pays well, but that’s to compensate for everything else
Cons
The president has no idea what she’s doing. She runs off all of the good employees and promotes people for unethical behavior. Running it right into the ground. It’s a shame because it was so good when Bob was there.
