Despite a welcoming and competent peer group, I found this to be a challenging workplace
Pays well, but that’s to compensate for everything else

The president has no idea what she’s doing. She runs off all of the good employees and promotes people for unethical behavior. Running it right into the ground. It’s a shame because it was so good when Bob was there.
