      Pros

      Great coworkers in the shop, always there to help you out. Starting pay isn't too bad.

      Cons

      Slow advancement. Some upper management can be very hard headed with one way road attitude. Preach the company mission statement but doesn't practice it. It's customers before employees. Not very much overtime.

      They have a great staff and the core values are original and awesome. Pretty good hiring process. Upfront from the first moment. Transparency is key to their business model.
