Pros

It's a small office, so you have the flexibility to come in late or leave early as your schedule dictates Med/Den/Vision benefits aren't too bad. Under the current system in place, you can select a medal level of the medical plan, PPO or an HMO

Cons

At the SF office, it's a subsidiary, so we're lower on the list when it comes to hearing our concerns. If you don't speak an Eastern European language, good luck gaining full trust and respect. Just in general, there seems to be a lack of direction in the company. It seems like we're trying to do 5 things at once, but nothing gets accomplished; just perpetual delays
