The manager for this role had your back. She often went to bat for me when the company went through the pandemic. You got to get close to participants. You enjoy getting to talk to people about Bittersweet and the really unique environment that it holds. I still have never seen a place like it. You had continuous conversations with management and directors about recruitment efforts and it often kept positive relations.

Untrustworthy management who do not support staff and pick which rules to follow, FAVORTISM, Prejudice, Focus is on extreme housekeeping rather than the participants and concerns regarding them, having to find coverage for your own shift even while sick, severe lack of client - staff boundaries allowing certain individuals to walk all over staff and other individuals, lack of common sense, lack of diversity, there is rotating hiring for a reason;
