      Some shifts might not be as lucrative

      Cons

      Good flexibility and most shifts you bring home decent money. It's mostly how much you put in that's what you'll get out, so if you're hard-working and positive you might do very well.

      Pros

      Some of the people you serve are amazing. The culinary department makes great cookies and brownies. Some of the people working their truly want to help.

      Cons

      Management is petty, controlling, power hungry, self-important, with no leadership capabilities only dictatorship by fear. No lunches or paid breaks are allowed. Pay is way below industry standards.
