      Pros

      - excellent product - well known product so easier to sell - simple to sell/short sales cycles - the HR team is lovely but powerless - compensation was good before the new CSO came made the targets unattainable

      Cons

      - extremely toxic CSO who has completely broken the culture down - micromanagement is the norm now - you are constantly made to feel inadequate - the expectation is to be available and working all around the clock - the expectation is to centre your life around the job

      -Best in class product -Remote only company -Decent commissions, when you hit your goal

      Cons

      -New CSO is causing a breakdown in culture. -Pressure to avoid PTO. -Micromanagement and fear-based management in the sales org. -Management looks to blame their reports and rarely takes accountability. -HR and CEO are aware and appear to do nothing to truly address the issues or quell concerns.
