      Pros

      Recently joined the team. Had a good onboarding experience - the HR is very meticulous. All the way from documentation to project onboarding, the team was very helpful and gave regular updates. I also had a good interview experience. The technical panelist asked challenging questions, but they were interesting. Lot of focus on logical and critical thinking.

      Cons

      Good experience so far. Have not faced any particular hiccups yet

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with the team here. They are very friendly, helpful and have a sense of togetherness I haven't experienced since. I'm still in touch with the HR and they are very supportive for ex-employees also - I needed some employment documents and they shared everything very promptly.

      Cons

      Enjoyed working with my peers here. Made life-long friends. Wish I could have stayed with them longer, but had to move out of city.

      Poor Leadership, No Job Stability, Unprofessional HR

      Pros

      Honestly, very limited positives. Some exposure to client projects, but that is overshadowed by internal management issues.

      Cons

      No job stability: Employees constantly feel insecure about their roles. Sudden changes in responsibilities and unclear expectations create stress. Unprofessional HR communication: HR lacks basic communication etiquette and empathy while dealing with employees. Weak leadership structure: Individuals are assigned managerial or product roles without relevant experience or domain understanding. Decision-making often appears biased rather than merit-based. Lack of product clarity: On calls, leadership frequently provides unclear or inconsistent direction, yet employees are judged harshly for delivery gaps. Toxic work culture: Instead of collaboration, there is favoritism and internal politics. Feedback is not constructive but critical and demotivating. Ownership
