      Employees have positive attitudes, hard working in Bleum China and Bleum USA

      Cons

      Read Glassdoor posts for both Bleum USA and Bleum. CEO conducts unethical practices with companies in China and the USA; treats China team poorly; micromanages; doesn't trust his employees. Believes he can run the entire company because he knows everything - narcissist personality. Has China team focussing on robots and selling Amazon robots knock-offs as his own. Amazon, pay attention.

      Friendly collegues and culture, project process management and trainings

      Pros

      Though not big group of employee in US for now, more employee will come to onsite in the near future. I’ve been given such an opportunity, US colleagues helped me a lot from Visa application to accommodation in US. HR colleagues even pick me up at the airport when I arrived. Whenever I need help they are stand behind me, very friendly colleagues and culture in US. I also learnt a lot from the company good project management process and variety trainings, including soft skill training, technical training and of course English training.

      Cons

      One reviewer mentioned the talent retention is not good, I agree. Bleum need take more actions to retain talent, while China talent market is very hot, many companies competing to get technical resources, including big name internet company, alibaba, Tecent, etc and tremendous start up companies. Talent retention is the challenge for all IT companies.

      High attrition rate due to employee dissatisfaction Heavy-handed compliance tactics Management style inconsistent and sometimes very aggressive Salary may be below industry standard for most staff
