      Pros

      I really can’t think of any.

      Cons

      No infrastructure in place and very disjointed and isolated company experience. No sense of team or working together in the same direction. Bloch is a company of individuals with no interest in helping each other achieve a unified goal. A ‘just get on with it yourself’ attitude runs through the company creating a very negative atmosphere.

      Leader in the products they make, they work with world-class Ballet and tap dancers.

      Cons

      The business structure is very disjointed, crazy ideas from leadership often do not listen to their staff. Disjointed, demotivated and low-paid teams working incredibly hard for little reward or acknowledgment. No room to grow or move within the business. Paid little or no attention to employee well-being or mental health during covid.
