The main reason this is a good to be at is that it has become big but it still in a compact structure i.e. you will get to hold broad responsibilities and your exposure will be only limited to your ambitions

Cons

The main drawback is how human capital is managed. Your career progress is kind of random and you almost have zero assistance in development. Be ready to learn from your mistakes.
