      Pros

      Blue Chip has a good proposition around its data centers and is profitable. Good bonus scheme, company car, free fruit at lunch times.

      Cons

      Management extremely political. Plenty of people coasting who have been employed for years and don't pull their weight.

      Location, good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Full of working class people. OTE, no work life balance. Management haven’t got a clue and push blame down structure. Reward bullies. Expect too much. Too many lifers who don’t pull their weight. Middle managers don’t have a clue. Reward long servers with perks and expect new comers to do all the work.
