Pros

As a smaller shop, there isn't any corporate dronery going on. Everyone gets involved, and everyone is willing to help where they can. All employees regularly interact with all levels of management, so there is a free-flow of ideas.

Cons

St. Paul is worse than Minneapois? I honestly can't think of any issues I have working here.

Pros

Small company. Staff is like family. Challenging projects. Emphasis on quality.

Cons

Outdated hardware. Lots of Mac hardware, even if you prefer a different OS.

Pros

Blue Earth Interactive is small enough that you get a variety of job duties. It has a motivated staff, and follows a self-directed work ethic. There are very good client relationships, and some very interesting projects. Blue Earth is staffed with helpful, qualified workers and a friendly work-environment.

Cons

-The small company size means a bit less chance to specialize, you will do better with a wider skillset. -You have to be a self-starter to thrive in this environment. It is no place for clock-watchers!
