Sorry to hear that your engagement with Blue Horizon Infotech did not work out as per your expectation. We have revised out leave policy and employees are free to raise concerns on things that effect their productivity and growth which are reviewed with due seriousness.
Being associated with multiple companies I must say that Blue Horizon is the best team anyone could get. You can't get the kind of support you get from them in any other firms. With team outings and team lunch they add a kind of oneness among each and everyone. I still follow what Amal had taught me during my tenure and share with my juniors also. He knows how to nurture and empower his team.
Cons
Base Salary was bit less even though there was no limitation in incentives if you achieve targets.

Pros: We are pleased to hear that you found the option to work from home beneficial and enjoyed collaborating with your team members. Employee well-being and a positive work environment are top priorities for us.
Cons: In our fast-changing business environment, embracing feedback from line managers and HR is crucial for promotions and salary hikes. Survival and success hinge on adaptability, a trait essential everywhere. Our team continually strives to improve the overall employee experience.
Advice to Management: Line managers face significant pressure to deliver high-quality work on time, as this directly impacts client relationships. Your comments suggest that your departure may have been due to ongoing performance issues raised by line managers and HR. We strongly recommend considering upskilling yourself before seeking new employment. This will enable you to become an asset to your future employer rather than a liability. We are actively reviewing and updating our policies to better support our employees and clients.
