      Pros

      Early on it was a great company with a big heart for service and society and the community, with a sense of direction and purpose.

      Cons

      In a short time, after changing their entire product line and philosophy, their heart for the community was gone. It became a selfish race for a money grab, and in turn they started many waves of layoffs and subsequently were burning through money provided by investors faster than they could make it. The company went downhill quickly by turning its back on its roots and making horrible management, marketing and executive decisions along the way.
