      Pros

      Some positions allow you to work from home. There is free coffee and sometimes free food, lots of space in the break rooms. Lots of entry-level, temporary positions, frequently hiring. Decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Low wages, little room for growth. Cheap labour valued over skilled labour. Lack of transparency in hiring decisions. Lots of favouritism. Long periods of aimless training/coaching. Limited job security, culture of disposability.
