Wide exposure to private equity and investment banking. Many opportunities to expand your career in finance, whether that’s path to being a PE CFO or in managing M&A processes.
Cons
Business is growing really fast, so it’s difficult to hire fast enough, putting more responsibility on existing employees.

Exposure to many different industries and companies with great opportunities to learn about the private equity / investment banking space as well as corporate FP&A.
Cons
The management team is very insular. There is a circle of people who have been friends / coworkers for decades that drive the entire company and make all the decisions. If you disagree with management or question their decision making - you will be on the outside looking in.
