Pros
Nice people working in the office and as consultants. Allow remote work from office or from home.
Cons
In my experience it is single client focused, being a consultant company I felt that lacked contact with the consultants. Only 1 meeting a year might be enough but it is easy to forget that you are not employed with the customer. Missing training and certification opportunities
